Arrival time:

The apartments are delivered starting from 16.00, you can still arrive in the morning and already enjoy the swimming pools and all the services of the residence, as an alternative early check in (on request for a fee) subject to availability

Departure time

We kindly ask you, in order to to prepare the apartments for the next guests, to leave them them by 10:00.
You can plan your departure even in the afternoon, still enjoying the swimming pools and all the services of the residence all day long.
It is possible to request a late check out with the availability of the apartment throughout the day of departure.
This additional service (if not included in special offers) is subject to availability and subject to availability

Terms of payment

Deposit:
For the booking confirmation a 30% of the total amount is required by bank transfer or withdrawal from credit card:

• Credit cards through our booking online

Payment:
The balance of the apartment is within the day before your departure, by cash, checks, credit cards.

Cancellation policy

in case of cancellation, within 15 days before the arrival date, the whole account will be given back, (unless different conditions for special offers with non-refundable rates).
After that date the whole account will be due as penalty.

Warranty deposit

The guest will treat the apartment with care and return it in the conditions in which it was delivered, by paying the costs for any damage caused.
A guarantee deposit of € .150.00 is required to guarantee ant the same will be refund on departure upon inspection of the apartment.
€ 150,00 cash at the arrival, as guarantee for the good use of the apartment.
The deposit will be returned back at departure after hotel's check.

Pets not allowed

For everyone's peace and due to the growing number of people with allergies, pets are not allowed.

• Early check in (from 10 a.m.), upon availability, 50% of the daily price
• Late check our (within 8 p.m.), upon availability, 50% of the daily price
• Full breakfast (hot drinks, fruit juices, togurt, cereals, bread, butter and jams, fresh fruit, cheese and cold cuts), served on request by reservation.
