It all began more than 50 years ago, when Ceriale was still a small fishing village and, instead of a residence, there were only ancient olive trees and fruit trees. My parents, Angelo and Renata, came from different worlds, but they shared a dream: to create a special place where they could feel at home even on vacation.
It was the early 1970s, when vacations meant mostly traditional hotels, but they wanted to offer something different: a place where they could feel free and independent, without giving up the comforts of a real hotel. Thus, in 1973, one of the first residences in Liguria was born: not only apartments, but also swimming pools, tennis courts, a bar, and large relaxation areas, An innovative idea for the time, but today more relevant than ever.
During this long journey, many guests have become friends. Children who learned to swim in our pools have grown up and returned with their children, and then ... with their grandchildren. Whole families and have created bonds that last.
I myself grew up here, amid carefree summers and the excitement of the start of each new season. I played with some of you, and then, as the years passed, I watched your children do the same with mine.
For Angelo and Renata, this has been more than an entrepreneurial project: it has been their great adventure, a journey that has shaped our lives, making them rich in emotional encounters and authentic bonds.
There is no doubt that the world has changed in the last decades-everything is faster, distances have shortened. But one thing remains unchanged: the value of the “places of the heart”, These are those special places that call us back, where we have laughed, cried and shared unforgettable moments, but above all, where we always feel welcomed as at home.
